Essay --
Hamlet, Laertes, and Fortinbras had similarities in the fact that all three of their fatherââ¬â¢s died, but were very different in how they avenged their fatherââ¬â¢s deaths. All three of the men valued their families greatly. Many people considered Hamlet a play about revenge, but it was also about family and the saying that blood is thicker than water was true in this story, except the blood spilled out everywhere in the end. Hamlet dwelled on things in his mind before taking actions or trying to move on with his life. After the death of his father, Hamlet became very depressed and enraged that his mother moved on so fast and married his uncle Claudius. Claudius led Hamlet to believe that his father died of natural causes. Hamlet learned that his fatherââ¬â¢s death was not natural when his fatherââ¬â¢s ghost came to visit him. When Hamlet learns the truth about his father, he became furious and said ââ¬Å"Haste me to know't, that I, with wings as swift as meditation or the thoughts of love, may sweep to my revenge.â⬠(Shakespeare 31). Hamletââ¬â¢s fatherââ¬â¢s ghost did not seem reliable to Hamlet and he contemplated if he was going insane and wondered about what he should do about the situation. Hamlet started to consider avenging his fatherââ¬â¢s death and cautiously plotted against Claudius but had to wait for the right moment. He decided to show Claudius a play about the similar p erformance of King Hamletââ¬â¢s death. In the play, the quote that got Claudius to rise ââ¬Å"He poisons him iââ¬â¢ thââ¬â¢ garden for his estate, His nameââ¬â¢s Gonzago. The story is extant and written in very choice Italian. You shall see anon how the murderer gets the love of Gonzagoââ¬â¢s wife.â⬠(Shakespeare 81). Other than the play, Hamlet was very private about his fatherââ¬â¢s death. His mourning happen... ...er to regain land lost by his deceased father. All three of these men were affected by their fatherââ¬â¢s deaths and wanted to find a solution. Many people would say that these three men had daddy issues. Both Hamlet and Fortinbras were dealing with the issue of why are their uncles are Kings when they were the rightful heir. Hamlet compared himself to Fortinbras when he passed Fortinbras's armies in the fields and he saw Fortinbras as a model for how he should behave and Hamlet said, ââ¬Å"To be great / is not to stir without great argument / but greatly to find quarrel in a straw / when honor's at the stakeâ⬠(4.4.52-55). No question that Hamlet was really complex and a fascinating character in literary history. Shakespeare made a hero whose thoughts and difficulties controlled the audienceââ¬â¢s experience. Literature has not been the same since and it will probably never be.

Both Curleyââ¬â¢s Wife and Crooks Essay
Steinbeckââ¬â¢s novel ââ¬Å"Of Mice and Menâ⬠was set in the Great depression in 1930s America. The characters reflect the struggles and harsh times many working Americans faced in that era. Isolated, lonely, marginalised and mistrustful, people had to create new lives for themselves. In the novel Steinbeck describes several characters that are vulnerable due to the social context of that time; Crooks and Curleyââ¬â¢s wife face particular hardship which result in them being outsiders in the place they consider home. Steinbeck implies early on in the novel the views other characters have of Crooks and Curleyââ¬â¢s wife may differ from the modern reader. Though both women and black people had progressed in their rights by the time of the setting of the novel, old attitudes and mistreatment of black people and to an extent women were still present. Steinbeck immediately emphasises Crooks and Curleyââ¬â¢s wifeââ¬â¢s low status via their introduction. They are both introduced in such a way to highlight their low regard by others and how they are viewed by society. Steinbeck describes Crooksââ¬â¢ low status very early in the book through the ââ¬Å"old swamperâ⬠Candy. Candy describes how Crooks gets abuse from the boss for things that are beyond his control. ââ¬Å"Anââ¬â¢ he give the stable buck hell too.â⬠ââ¬Å"Ya see the stable bucks a nigger.â⬠The initial comments depict Crooks as an outsider as he is the only character described to have been getting abused by the boss. It also shows how Crooks is used as an outlet of the bossââ¬â¢s frustration. Candy then describes Crooks using a racial slur. This represents Crooksââ¬â¢ isolation further as Candyââ¬â¢s initial description of Crooks is through his colour and not his personality or other features. The use of the racial term reflects also how society sees Crooks and that this type of language was acceptable to the people of these times. Steinbeck uses a similar ploy when initially introducing Curleyââ¬â¢s wife, as he introduces her again through Candy. We see early on how Curleyââ¬â¢s wife is regarded on the ranch and this gives us an early view of why she is isolated as such. ââ¬Å"well- she got the eyeâ⬠ââ¬Å"well I think Curleyââ¬â¢s, married . . . a tartâ⬠Candyââ¬â¢s initial remark about Curleyââ¬â¢s wife elicits the potential idea that she behaves in a flirtatious manner towards other ranchers, which has caused the ranchers to avoid her and therefore caused her segregation. The second remark by Candy suggests the opinion of her by other ranchers. The use of the strong derogatory term for her evidently suggests that she is isolated out of hatred towards her coquettish attitude. We see early on the Curleyââ¬â¢s wifeââ¬â¢s body language backs up what is said about her by Candy. She is described as trying to gain attention via her body. ââ¬Å"Leaned against the door frame so that her body was thrown forward.â⬠It shows the vainness of Curleyââ¬â¢s wife which can easily lead to her exclusion due to her being self-obsessed and unable to relate to the other workers. The line also shows how she is more inclined to use her body to gain attention from the others and this shows how she has become desperate for attention due to her isolation. The language used in the line about how her body is ââ¬Å"thrown forwardâ⬠which allows Steinbeck to clearly illustrate the extent of which she is going to gain attention, depicting early on the effects of her loneliness. In the novel we see how Steinbeck suggests Crooks also demands self-segregation, we see this when Lennie initially tries to talk with Crooks. ââ¬Å"You got no right to come in my roomâ⬠. This conveys how Crooks being subjected to so much isolation has become accustomed to it, possibly suggesting he has become an introvert. It also shows how Crooks puts on a defensive front due to his marginalization on the ranch. Crooks talks about his ââ¬Å"rightsâ⬠on several occasions. ââ¬Å"Nobody got any right in here but meâ⬠The first comment shows how Crooks claims instant owner ship of his quarters, this reflects how his constant seclusion on the ranch and society has made him need to protect and claim things that are his. Steinbeck in the novel symbolizes through Crooksââ¬â¢ possessions how he seeks a way of removing his isolation. ââ¬Å"A tattered dictionary and a mauled copy of the California civil code for 1905â⬠The use of the dictionary and civil code allows Steinbeck to convey to the reader how Crooks is a learned man and also is not someone to quickly accept being excluded. It evokes sympathy and a degree of empathy for Crooks as we see how he tries to find a way for him to be accepted and also we see he is not a simple a rancher but a man of slight intellect. The use of the civil code also suggests how Crooks may not have initially understood the reasons for his segregation. Both Crooks and Curleyââ¬â¢s wife are seen to feel as though no-one understands their situation of being alone. Steinbeck does this through the use of rhetorical questions in their dialect. ââ¬Å" Sââ¬â¢pose you couldnââ¬â¢t go into the bunkhouse and play rummy ââ¬Ëcause you was black. Howââ¬â¢d you like that?â⬠This remark by Crooks explores how he understands that his seclusion is due to his colour. Steinbeck by using a rhetorical question also allows the reader to sympathize with Crooks and also picture what he describes. Steinbeckââ¬â¢s reference to the word ââ¬Å"blackâ⬠as opposed to ââ¬Å"niggerâ⬠also shows how Crooks though secluded tries to maintain his dignity and self-respect. When Curleyââ¬â¢s wife is talking with Lennie, Steinbeck does the same thing as he did with Crooks. ââ¬Å"Aint I got a right to talk to nobody?â⬠The use of language in this remark also allows us to sympathize with Curleyââ¬â¢s wife as it allows the reader to empathize how frustrated she may feel from being shunned on the ranch. Steinbeck shows how Curleyââ¬â¢s wifeââ¬â¢s attitude and derogatory remarks about the ranchers has led to her being disliked and shunned on the ranch in chapter 4 when she is in the stables. ââ¬Å" Standinââ¬â¢ here talkinââ¬â¢ to a bunch of bindle stiffs- a nigger anââ¬â¢ a dum-dum and a lousy olââ¬â¢ sheep- anââ¬â¢ likin it because they aint nobody else.â⬠This quote shows her low regard for certain ranchers and how she is forced to try and socialize with people she doesnââ¬â¢t like out of desperation. It also shows how her remarks about the ranchers ââ¬Å"bindle stiffsâ⬠may have caused her to be isolated and marginalized by the workers. It also evokes the idea she lacks the ability to communicate with the other workers in a way where they respond in a positive manner. The quote also indirectly suggests Curleyââ¬â¢s wife is not really meant on the ranch as she says ââ¬Å"they aint nobody elseâ⬠which illustrates how she has no-one, with whom she can properly relate to. Both Curleyââ¬â¢s wife and Crooks are partly subjected to isolation due to the social context of the time period in which the book is set. Crooks being a black man in 1930s America would have suffered large amounts of seclusion and racial violence. Steinbeck conveys this through the threat made to him by Curleyââ¬â¢s wife, ââ¬Å"I could get you strung up on a tree so easy it ainââ¬â¢t even funnyâ⬠. The use of the threat allows Steinbeck to explore and clearly depict how Crooks canââ¬â¢t escape that in this society he will also be second class and looked upon as different and an outsider. The line shows explores the idea that due to him being classed as different, he is susceptible to being lynched or suffer some sort of violence so easily as it is accepted in society. The use of such a powerful image paves the way for Steinbeck to show the reader the extent of Crooksââ¬â¢ seclusion. Similarly he does same for Curleyââ¬â¢s wife, as being a woman in 1930s Americ a she would have not had many rights. Steinbeck however when conveying this message uses more subtle imagery as a white woman had slightly higher regard than a black man. Steinbeck references how women were usually meant to be in the household, ââ¬Å"she wore a cotton house dressâ⬠and ââ¬Å"Think I like to stick in that house alla time?â⬠the first quote describing her attire allows Steinbeck to suggest early on that her marginalized on the ranch is partly due to her gender, the use of the house dress implies that she is not meant to be on the ranch and is out of place. It secondly suggests that she constantly tries to avoid being isolated at home and is further out-casted for not fully compelling her role. The second remark also implies how society was such that people were meant to accept their place and, she is shown to not accept her place and therefore caused her to be shunned because it. The marginalized characters in the novel have several things in common and, ironically, if these characters could look beyond their own issues they might find some mutual trust and support. Steinbeck portrays Crooks and Curleyââ¬â¢s wife (alongside George and Lennie) as having dreams of a better future. Curleyââ¬â¢s wife wanted to be a film star ââ¬Å" Coulda been in the moviesâ⬠and Crooks desires a better life as represented by the civil code. However as with the American dream it only happens for a few and it consists of loneliness and despair. At the end of the novel there is not apparent freedom from isolation for Crooks, yet Curleyââ¬â¢s wife gains some freedom in death. ââ¬Å"the meanness and the planningââ¬â¢s and the discontent and the ache for attention were all gone from her faceââ¬

A Passage to India Essay
In E. M. Forsterââ¬â¢s A Passage to India, identities and the labels placed on identities create a vicious environment in which little can be achieved. The English colonists and their Indian subjects are on polar sides of the struggle. The Indians acknowledge that labels are subject to limitation and can blind one to critical differences. The English, however, insist on assigning a label to all components of their lives. A tiny and unidentifiable green bird symbolizes this struggle between these two groups, as they are embroiled in the ââ¬Å"muddleâ⬠of India. The indeterminate green bird hints at the irreconcilability of the two cultures. Indiaââ¬â¢s mystery, just as the birdââ¬â¢s, cannot be explained when approached from two wholly different methodologies. Miss Adela Quested and Ronny Heaslop argue over the green bird, and in doing so, illustrate how the English handle identity. Foremost, it is imperative to the two that they identify what kind of bird it is. Forster admits that although the bird ââ¬Å"was of no importance,â⬠(91) the two, and therefore the English whom they represent, feel a need to assign a name to the bird. His narration is certain that identifying the bird ââ¬Å"would somehow have solaced their hearts. â⬠(91) Critically, the two have just agreed to call off the wedding plans for which Adela had journeyed to India. The two ex-lovers are surprisingly mechanical when discussing this new course of action. The two agree that had they ââ¬Å"quarreledâ⬠(90) about this change of plans, it ââ¬Å"would have been too absurd. â⬠(90) Emotions do not seem to hold an important part in English interpersonal relationships. Adela describes their apparent detachment as being ââ¬Å"awfully British. â⬠(90) In fact, although Ronny felt ââ¬Å"angry and bruisedâ⬠(90) by his dismissal, he refuses to show his pain because of pride, furthering the message of English emotional detachment. From a modern perspective, if Ronny loves Adela deeply, it would be unthinkable that he could let his pride keep him from pursuing her. Instead of addressing their emotional problems, the two pursue the green bird and try to force it to have some degree of English order. The small green bird symbolizes India; it defies English labeling, it is constantly changing and it is far more complex than a single name could communicate. Adela does her best to describe the bird by noting its physical characteristics and location. She hopes that Ronny can explain this bird to her once he knows that it is green and in the tree above them. Similarly, Adela hopes she will understand India once Aziz lists a few characteristics. Yet, she is unable to determine between fact and opinion as ââ¬Å"she accepted everything Aziz said as verbally true. â⬠(76) Just as Ronny is unable to name the bird, Aziz will be unable to explain India. Adela makes the mistake that a label will suffice to create understanding. However, ââ¬Å"nothing in India is identifiableâ⬠(91) and by asking the very question Adela has already started a ripple that will cavitate through picture which she asks to see. For example, one cannot study water in any detail without placing oneself into the water. However, by entering the water, one will have created a ripple and the water has forever changed. It is an unreasonable hope to observe an experiene without concurrently changing or interacting with it. Studying birds is much the same; one cannot study the bird if it is unaccustomed to ones presence and while one appears foreign to the environment the bird will not act as it would naturally. Therefore, as long as the English neither assimilate into their environment nor attempt any reconciliation with it, they will be unable to appreciate it. Ronny Heaslop is unable to visualize the problem he faces; he does not begin to imagine that his presence in an environment changes it and therefore requires some adjustment on his own part. An example of this problem is when Ronny encroaches Fieldingââ¬â¢s luncheon and is rude to the Indian guests. While it is possible to imagine the guests might normally ignore such behavior and assume it was merely English, for the past few hours they have been attending an ââ¬Å"unconventional partyâ⬠(71) in which they were treated as equals and with respect by all parties. Yet Ronny brings the party back to the reality where ââ¬Å"[s]uch affabilitiy is seldom seen. â⬠(77) When Ronny deals with Indians as ââ¬Å"private individuals he [forgets] them. â⬠(81) As Fielding finally confronts Ronny with the results of his actions, Ronny responds, ââ¬Å"Well its nothing Iââ¬â¢ve said â⬠¦ I never even spoke to [Aziz. ]â⬠(83) He is completely unaware that ignoring Aziz is exactly what has infuriated him. Ronny ignores Aziz because he has labeled him. In the standard English colonistsââ¬â¢ mind there are three types of people in India. There are the British, the Indians in professional environments and the natives. To the colonists, only the first group requires any acknowledgement ââ¬â otherwise Ronny would obviously have greeted Aziz or Godbole. The last and overwhelmingly largest group includes everyone who does not come under the first two headings. The natives are unworthy of respect, should not be trusted and certainly are not gentlemen. As Aziz is therefore unworthy of respect, in Ronnyââ¬â¢s mind, Ronny simply could not be rude to him. It is physically impossible to offend a native. In Ronnyââ¬â¢s logic, if he were told he had been rude to one of the British he would be ashamed and apologetic; with regard to Indians, he simply does not see his transgressions. In the same capacity, because he is British he is unable to vary in his treatment of Indians; ââ¬Å"the man who doesnââ¬â¢t tow the line is lost. â⬠(190) The English do not understand there is a problem with the way the two cultures interact. From the English perspective, the natives are brutish and almost worthless. From the Indian perspective, the English are rude and unaccommodating. It is unfortunate that the two groups cannot find a middle ground. Nevertheless, Forsterââ¬â¢s description of these troubled dealings is practically flawless. If the English and the Indians are able to find a common ground and communicate with each other, it is likely that the two cultures could co-exist in Forsterââ¬â¢s world. The green bird will remain indecipherable to the English and Indian to the Indians. India requires the acceptance and embracing of variation; when the English realize this, their interaction will improve, not before. Works Cited: Forster, E. M.. A Passage to India. New York: Harcourt Brace & Company, 1989. A Passage to India Essay Books are truly among the best things ever invented. With thousands of books out there, there are plenty of connections to be made. Here is an example of a connection made when reading this two novels. A Passage to India is a story that takes place in India during the reign of the British Empire. It is truly wonderful when you read a book and manage to make a connection between two different novels. While reading A Passage to India, a connection was made between this book and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. In A Passage to India ,There are constant clashes between cultures, races, religion, and even politics. This story depicts India as a world of only two types of people; the British, and everyone else that isnââ¬â¢t British. The British are shown as Superior authority to the Indians. They are very rude and disrespectful. They are very racist towards the Indians. In A Passage to India, the British donââ¬â¢t usually mix and mingle with the Indians because they are both very different groups of people, and the British are seen as racist in this novel. Their cultures are really different, and there religions are by far different. Basically, the Indians and British are segregated. In The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, whites and blacks are segregated in the southern states due to the era in which the story takes place. Most, if not all, of the blacks are slaves. The whites donââ¬â¢t like the blacks because they are considered lower standard people, slaves. There are only two types of people in this story; whites, and non-whites. Racism is a very common obstacle in our world and is used in many stories to depict and portray certain hardships and time periods of our world. Both of these stories use racism to help portray these two very different settings. In A Passage to India, the British are very harsh and cruel towards the Indians, just like how the whites treat the blacks in The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.ââ¬Å"Youââ¬â¢re superior to them, anyway. Donââ¬â¢t forget that. Youââ¬â¢re superior to everyone in India except one or two of the Ranis, and theyââ¬â¢re on equality.â⬠(Forester 42). Mrs. Turtonââ¬â¢s statement gives us an example of the racism of a typical Englishwomen. Here she tells Adela that they are superior to Indians in any way possible, even the higher politicians. The authors use statements like these to help the reader be able to imagine how things must be in the particular setting. Here, is a passage from The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn which shows us how racism is used to help build up the setting by Mark Twain. ââ¬Å" It was ââ¬Ëlection day, and I was justà about to go and vote myself if I warnââ¬â¢t too drunk to get there; but when they told me there was a State in this country where theyââ¬â¢d let that nigger vote, I drawed out. I says Iââ¬â¢ll never vote agin.â⬠(Sawyer 28). Just because a black man was free to vote in the election, Pap would never vote again because he didnââ¬â¢t believe blacks were good enough to be able to vote in the Election of the President of the USA. He didnââ¬â¢t want to be held to the same standards as blacks, he wanted to be able to be distinguished from blacks and have superiority. In his eyes, blacks were just property. They werenââ¬â¢t meant to be anything other than slaves. This passage helps the reader understand and imagine the harsh setting of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. These novels have very different settings but still have one thing in common. These two authors take a risky and sensitive subject like racism to help portray their stories and how they impact the reader. This connection also shows us that there is racism all around the world, even if these are fictional stories. A Passage to India and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn both are stating messages that show how harsh and cruel racism can be, and how it affects people. Racism a very common theme in many stories and there are many connections to be made amongst them. Forster, E. M. A Passage to India, New York: Harcourt, Brace and, 1924. Print. Twain, Mark. Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. New York: Random House, 1996. Print.

Environmental Economics Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words - 1
Environmental Economics - Essay Example To a great extent, this has impacted on the quality of life of the population. The market economy has various implications on the general wellbeing of the environment. Relative effects are both negative and positive. Although negative effects are apparent in the short run, positive effects are more pronounced. It is against this background that this paper reviews the impacts of the market economy on environmental protection. To enhance a harmonic view, it begins by reviewing the negative effects and then proceeds to evaluating the positive effects. The market decisions place emphasis on increased production. According to Morgen, Pizer and Shih (1998), increased economic production implies an increase in production of wastes. This contributes to environmental pollution and resource depletion. Although incomes are likely to rise, environmental protection remains at risk. Under-valuation of natural resources has made it difficult for the environmental damages to be addressed effectively . The profits that firms and producers enjoy are not reflective of the environmental damages that production processes impose on the environment. In this consideration, market decisions compromise the wellbeing of the environment. In his research, Kolstad (2010) indicates that the market economy has had significant negative effects on the holistic wellbeing of the environment. ... Ideally, the environmental and naturally resources are considered public property (Harrington, Morgenstern & Nelson, 1999). For this reason, nobody takes responsibility for the negative effects that they suffer. It is contented that waste of important natural resources and resultant environmental destruction dis-economises the society. From an economic point of view, this undesirable status has the ability to reduce the marginal cost of economic firms and instead increase the consumerââ¬â¢s marginal utility. Thus market economy does not have the ability to address the various concerns that are related to resource sustainability. While the environment places emphasis on the need for resources to benefit future generations, market economy considers the benefits of the environment to present populations only. In this respect, market decisions greatly harm environmental wellbeing and undermine its protection. Besides the preceding negative effects, market decisions also promote enviro nmental protection in different ways. Notably, the government has a stake in market decision making. Relative environmental departments push for formulation and implementation of environmental regulation. Its provisions require that individuals and firms who engage in environmental pollution and destruction be punished accordingly. Stringent laws can culminate in investment in environment protection by economic firms. In addition, respective firms assume environmentally sound practices in order to prevent the economic losses that are associated with violation of environmental protection laws (Lomborg, 2001). Seemingly, decision making under the market economy is done by the government in collaboration with

UK LAND LAW (question is in the instructions box) Essay
UK LAND LAW (question is in the instructions box) - Essay Example on relates to whether the lease transferred by Troy to Ai-Ai was in conformity or in breach of Lakshmis covenants in the initial lease agreement or not. The second issue relates to Troys position in the contract after the property is transferred to Ai-Ai. Is Troy bounded by his guarantee to check performances of new assignees or not. What is the position of the guarantee in relation to Lakshmi and can be held responsible for the actions of Ai-Ai and Boo? The third issue relates to the possibility of Ai-Ais transfer of the property to Boo. Is the extended holiday in Thailand tantamount to abandonment and is Boos usage of the property tantamount to an assignment? This is an issue because Ai-Ai does not have the right to assign the property without Lakshmis consent. Hence, there is a clear breach. But what are the legal implications? Can Lakshmi sue for forfeiture? The final pointer that will be examined is the legal position of Boos breaking down of the wall in the property to allow in more air. Alterations on the property is a covenant in the lease. Does Lakshmi have the right of forefeiture? And a possible request for damages? A leasehold covenant is a clause in a lease specifying specific obligations on the part of either party2. This include express terms about how things will occur and how the lease is to be regulated. An assignment occurs when a tenant transfers whole or part of his remaining interest in the property to someone else who is an assignee. An assignment is somewhat like a three tier arrangement between a landlord who hands over to the tenant who also hands over to an assignee. In some cases, leases forbid assignments because landlords do not want their property to be transferred to assignees they do not know3. However, in a case where the lease agreement forbids tenants from assignments, a tenant can transfer interest in the lease to another person with the consent of the landlord and this transferee becomes a sub-tenant4. When a tenant

Management - Essay Example These students need an appropriate place for completing their assignments and homework projects. In addition, need for friendly studying environment increases during examination period. Therefore, students remain in dire need of an appropriate environmental context to conduct their learning activities. University of Colorado at Denver usually has study rooms and library facilities. However, these rooms open their doors for a limited number of hours. Studies indicates that junior students would use approximately 15 hours, while senior students use 20 hours every week in class work preparations (Seung 89). In this context, it would be appropriate to consider development of a facility that provides a 24/7 study room services around the campus. The main objectives of this project include provision of a user-friendly learning environment for the student population. The first aim is to facilitate availability of a 350-student capacity study room within the facility. This space will accommo date a significant number of students all around the clock. Apart from individual study sections, the facility will have lounges meant for constructive discussions relating to learning processes. The project also takes into consideration the fact that modern learning processes requires utilization of electronic knowledge sources from the internet (Seung 46). Therefore, involved stakeholders will ensure that the UCD facility has fully equipped and operational computer laboratories. Apart from objectives of promoting academic learning, the project will enhance provision of a suitable social atmosphere for the students. This aspect of socialization will be addressed by installation of TV room with entertainment features. In addition, students will acquire employment opportunities through various management related vacancies within the facility. Addition of a snack vendor kiosk will facilitate generation of funds that can be used to improve service delivery within the facility. In gener al, integration of all these aspects within the project will serve the purpose of providing a satisfactory and cost effective environment for studying. Students who would prefer to conduct their learning activities at unconventional hours will benefit from this project. In this regard, facility management will ensure development of a sustainable secure atmosphere that will substantially increase studying time for the university students. In order to ensure objective development of a feasible project proposal, the concerned team will apply inherent efforts in involving relevant authorities in their respective roles. Relevant authorities within the projectââ¬â¢s work structure would include the universityââ¬â¢s administration. Relevant information needs to reach the campus management in a timely manner. In this case, timely provision of relevant data increases chances of project approval from the administration. Apart from the campus directorate, numerous logistical permits will be necessary during construction exercise. In this case, city authorities will play a significant role in enabling commencement of construction plans implementations. Timely provision of rational information should reach city officials in order to appraise the quality and validity of the project in meeting its objectives. This means that suitable communication techniques and channels will facilitate acquisition of relevant permits from city
